by sending an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
Please use the enclosed return form.
For the return and storage of the goods, we will refund you the value of the goods, less 20% of the net value of the goods in
the form of a goods credit note.
This does not include the cost of transportation.
The goods will be credited at the latest after 14 days from the day on which the return is received by us.
The merchandise credit can be redeemed with the subsequent order. A payout of the merchandise credit is excluded.
The cost of transport of the return of the goods shall be borne by the sender.
For a pickup of goods that can be shipped by parcel, we charge 16.90 € per parcel.
Return, storage and refund is not possible of goods:
• for the manufacture of which an individual selection has been made or which are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the customer
• these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature
• which are older than 6 weeks from the date of purchase to the date of withdrawal
• with opened packaging units
